Our people are our strength.
Trinity's people all work together together to offer our students a world-class collegiate experience.
¹û¶³ÊÓƵ is an autonomous institution, established by an act of the Victorian Parliament. It is governed by a 40-member representative Council and a 12-member board.
The council and board may from time to time appoint committees to assist it. Other separate entities associated with the College also appoint committees of management.
The Warden and President of the College is its Chief Executive Officer. The day-to-day administration of the College is overseen by a joint divisional heads group known as the Senior Management Team.
The philanthropic work of the College is managed by the ¹û¶³ÊÓƵ Foundation, established in 1983. The foundation is a separate legal entity with its own executive committee and is supported by and administered through the College's Advancement Office.
The College Board oversees the administration of the College, its strategic direction and its finances.
¹û¶³ÊÓƵ's executive management committee is known as the Senior Management Team and consists of heads of each division.
The Council is the peak level of governance of the College and its membership provides representation from all areas of the College, the Church and the University.
The Council and Board have appointed committees to provide specialist advice and expertise to the governance process.
Academic life at Trinity is enriched by the presence of distinguished international visiting scholars who reside in the College while they undertake research and/or teaching at the University of Melbourne.
¹û¶³ÊÓƵ acknowledges the contribution of many eminent persons through the bestowing of fellowships.
